Overview
Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction while protecting the integrity of our services. We offer free trials for many of our products to help you make informed decisions before purchasing. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Digital Products (eBooks and Audio Books)
- Digital products that have been downloaded are not eligible for refunds due to the nature of digital goods.
- We encourage you to review product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.
Online Courses
- We offer a 7-day free trial access to our online courses. During this period, you can explore the course content without any commitment.
- If you choose to continue after the trial period and make a purchase, a partial refund may be available within 14 days of purchase if less than 25% of the course has been completed.
- No refunds will be issued after 14 days of purchase or if more than 25% of the course has been completed, whichever comes first.
Individual Lessons
- We offer one free demo lesson to new students.
- For paid individual lessons:
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are not eligible for a refund.
- No refunds are provided for completed lessons.
Monthly Subscriptions
- Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.
- Refunds are not provided for partial months. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- We do not offer refunds for subscription fees already paid.
Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards
- Completed live lessons
- Custom-tailored learning materials
- Downloaded digital products (eBooks, Audio books)
Refund Process
To request a refund for eligible products:
1. Email us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for the refund.
2. Our team will review your request within 3 business days.
3. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received an approved refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to post.
- Contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us via our Contact page.
Special Offers and Discounted Items
Refunds on items purchased during special offers or at discounted rates may be subject to different terms. These will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
